Whimsical Wednesday #1

One of my greatest inspirations are my kids. Their worldview can best be described as whimsical. In order to properly chase your Dreams, you must have the spirit of a child. To that end, I will be celebrating life’s essential playfulness every Wednesday with a little post. This week I am featuring some of their artwork. Enjoy.

Lily’s Self Portrait (2013). “Oops. I almost forgot to draw my eyebrows! There, that’s better.”

My actual 5 year old daughter, Lily. I think the resemblance is striking.

Ella, my six year old, drew the following picture, in response to the prompt, “If there was a fourth little pig, what would his/her house be made of?”. Ella chose words, which I thought was inspired.

House designed by Frank Lloyd Write! Get it, Write?
