Day 1: January the First

My long-suffering wife has graciously granted me one year to stop procrastinating and finally go after my Dream of writing Immortality. This blog will serve a number of purposes.

First, it will be a tool to WD40 my rusty writing chops on a daily basis.

Second, it will serve as a very public Reminder of my wifely Deadline to subdue the Imaginations in my head and put them to paper. God save me if I don’t make it count.

Third, I hope it will draw a modest but loyal group of followers who will join me in their own Heroic Quest to Transform their life. If I should become a Tony Robbins-esque motivational speaker in the process, so much the better.

Finally, I hope to capture some of the Wisdom and Sacred Knowledge I have accrued over the years and present it someday to my young Daughters, that they would recognize their own Dreams and follow them without distraction.

Let the Quest begin.

Thanks Carol! I appreciate the encouragement.

I’d love to hear about your journey, goals, and progress… I’m not just blogging for myself, I’d love to be part of a network of motivated individuals who can encourage one another and maybe help one another move toward their dreams if possible.

PS I think your site is very cool

You are definitely my hero now I know at least one other person has seen my blog :-)
I love to write but I get bored quickly with one topic, so I a few years ago I discovered blogging, the perfect way for me to write. I would like the blog I’ve just started to become successful enough for me to work from home. So I’ve given myself a year to develop the readership and revenue to a certain level. (I won’t bore you with the figures). I’ve always wanted to have a successful entertaining blog and I hope this will be it.

Ah, yes. Working from home… that’s the stuff. It’s a beautiful goal.

You’ve got entertaining. Success, that’s the tricky part. It seems to me that the people who succeed are relentless. It’s not only talent, it’s that they will not be denied. Don’t be denied.

Travel will on your quest! The point of a journey is not to arrive…
